Driver Location Permission: The app requires driver location permission to monitor and track driver routes and locations. This is essential for optimal operations management and follow-up, ensuring that deliveries are made efficiently and accurately.

Use of Accessibility Service: This app uses the AccessibilityService API for a single purpose: helping the driver automatically send prefilled WhatsApp messages (e.g., delivery/shipment details) to a list of customer phone numbers, without having to manually tap the "Send" button in WhatsApp for each number.

Why we need it: WhatsApp deep links (wa.me) only prefill the message text in the compose box — there is no official Android API to complete the send automatically. The Accessibility Service is the only way to locate the Send button and tap it on the driver's behalf. Scope of use: The service is only active while WhatsApp (or WhatsApp Business) is being driven to send a message. It does not run against any other app, and it does not read or record screen content for any other purpose. Privacy: This service does not collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive data with third parties. Phone numbers and message text are used locally only to complete the send action. Activation: The driver must manually enable this service from system Settings, and can disable it at any time
